Tiring Day
Today, I had a replacement class started from 9 am until 5.30 pm. So exhausting and tiring, seriously. We had a break only for the Jumaat prayer and continued the class until all the presentations were done. My back hurt so much but couldn't do anything, out of courtesy. Hihi. I am a good student! Wow so annoying.
The topics discussed were quite sensitive to the whole class, even to the lecturer himself because it touched about 'benda dalam kain'. I'm impressed by the presenters' courage to present it and atasi the shyness, plus they are female. I myself think that I couldn't do it if it was me. Congratulations girls! I'm proud of all of you. All of us have done a very great job. Trust me. This course is the most exciting one for me out of the three courses I have taken under Dr. Tahraoui.
There were six presentations today because for the last two weeks, the classes had been postponed because of my lecturer's business. I couldn't blame him because that was not his fault. He got to teach Master's students for the last one month. It was the same for all Kulliyyah of Education's lecturers. They were so busy that a lot of classes were cancelled and postponed. I know that he is always eager to teach us and make us understood the lesson even though it usually takes ages to complete it.
Thank you so much Dr. Tahraoui for all the knowledge that you have imparted to us. You're such an amazing lecturer. I could see that teaching is your passion. Hihi. I wish I could get a bit of your enthusiasm. Thanks Dr. Tahraoui for everything. May Allah S.W.T. bless you.
The course's name is Tafseer Aayaat and Ahadith al-Ahkam. It is a quite interesting subject, and quite challenging too. There are bunches of rulings to understand plus many topics to cover plus many mazahib to know. But it is for the sake of knowledge right? It is also related to our daily lives. Dr. Tahraoui said that we have to remember this and seek for it deeper until the day of Judgement. Haha we laughed so hard but it is true.
But, the fact that the class took almost six hours to finish was mind blowing. I didn't think I would survive it, but I survived! It is quite impressive right? There were times when I was distracted with anything and couldn't focus and think properly during the students' presentations, but overall it was okay. Hehe. Ya lah it was so long right?
P/S: Although he is a bit picky and strict about the marks, and always puts a very high expectation and requirement towards our presentations, I still like him. Hehe. His wife is my lecturer as well, Dr. Merah Souad.
